What can you do for the staff team? [150 Words] : I'm wanting to help this server to put it simply, I'm aware that Fatality is in need of staff; being a long-term player whom enjoys playing the server I feel obliged to at least try help in some way - this is the best way I saw to do that. To conclude and simplify what I said, I just want to play my part as a dedicated player and help in whatever way I can to make sure Fatality stays at its prime and never falls. I've always been 'one to help' - from helping new players understanding the server to helping other staff with dealing with issues, I've always found more pleasure in that than I have sitting back and just letting problems, issues and ideas go ignored. In all honesty I'm more devoted into becoming a staff member then most due to the sudden branch out into more staff members - I feel like its a great opportunity to hopefully fulfill my (persistent) attempts at becoming staff for Fatality.
What can you do to achieve respect? [150 Words] : The best way to achieve respect in my opinion is to be/talk nice to the people you meet. Don't curs them out or disrespect them in anyway. Always be kind and try to help them in anyway, shape, or form. If someone is being disrespectfully don't be disrespectfully back just try and calm them down and if that doesn't work get help from another staff member. Try your hardest to always be friendly to new people/members. Don’t always wait for direction from others. Use your own skills and resources to start getting things done and solve problems. Get in the habit of figuring things out for yourself. Don’t be afraid of a challenge once in a while. If you respect others’ time, they will respect yours. This includes not being late for appointments, not spending meetings talking about useless items, getting to the point fast, bringing up issues right away, being succinct, and of course, making it easier for others to make decisions, especially when they are busier than you.Always act as if the person you’re talking about is right there with you. You need to respect others—even if you don’t like them. Everyone has desirable and undesirable traits. Realize this and talk from this fundamental belief. If you talk behind people’s backs, you and your reputation will quickly become irrelevant.
