<p>Hello everyone! I am Jacob Kirby Asst. Chief of police. Today I am here to talk about this big murge, I have does this becuase there was Way to many Department's. In total there was 7 and now there is 4 this will help with how big the Police Department is. You are allowed to be a Human Resources Clerk and a FTO and you don't have to be in that Department. Meaning I Could be in SWAT and still not go into that Department and be a FTO. I hope this helps the Police Department!<br />
